Utility Billing Update

The City of Granbury Utility Billing Department appreciates your patience during the recovery from last summer’s network outage. Utility Billing is back to normal with regular billing and due dates.

Penalties and shutoffs will resume in January 2024 on accounts without regular utility payments or payment arrangements. To prevent possible service interruptions, please ensure your payment is made on time. All utility accounts will be subject to penalties and shutoffs starting in February 2024. 

If you have not made regular payments or payment arrangements, please contact the Utility Billing Department immediately at ub@granbury.org, at 682-205-1777, Option 7, or visit City Hall during regular business hours.
