We always want you to be careful when driving,
but would you be EXTRA careful on Saturday, April 13?
FOUR REASONS WHY
1) The City’s trash collection partner, Waste Connections will be picking up bulk trash at homes in Granbury. We’re not used to seeing trash trucks working on Saturday and they will be making hundreds of stops. Here’s the VIDEO WITH THE FULL EXPLANATION
2) The Great Granbury Clean Up begins at 8:30 a.m. Volunteers will be all over Granbury picking up roadside trash. Please give them a safe margin of space. VIDEO DETAILS
3) From 9 a.m. to noon, or until the shredding truck is full, people will be driving through the Lake Granbury Conference Center parking lot to “Shred It Instead,” dropping off their old tax returns, bills and other paper (only paper) to be shredded. The Conference Center will be busier than usual. SHRED IT INSTEAD DETAILS
4) That‘s not all! Check out the Visit Granbury Calendar AT THIS LINK for a long list of celebrations and fun things to do in dozens of locations!
Have a great, safe weekend!
