Utility Billing Update

Restoration work continues on the City of Granbury computer network. Utility bills will go out as soon as possible, the due dates will be extended appropriately, and there will be no late fees.

Customers are asked to make a payment now based on their July bill. This helps assist with household budgeting and avoids large balances due when bills are produced.

Payments can be made by check, using the City Hall green drive-through drop box at 116 W Bridge Street, Granbury, TX 76048. Or in person by cash or check inside City Hall, 116 W Bridge Street, Granbury, TX 76048. Or, mail a check to: Utility Billing Payment, 116 W Bridge Street, Granbury, TX 76048

The City is temporarily not accepting credit card payments for utility bills.  We realize this is an inconvenience to many people. We will resume credit card transactions as soon as possible.

If you are on Self-Set-Up Credit Card Draft, please watch your account for missed payments. Self-Set-Up Credit Card Draft will not be processed during the network outage and will not draft missed payments when the network is restored.

If you are on Bank Auto-Draft, you may want to make a payment now by check or cash. Otherwise, the entire balance due will be drafted when the network is restored.

Go to www.Granbury.org/UB for additional information. Thanks again for your patience.
