Early voting is underway for the July 27, 2021, Runoff Election for the purpose of electing a Councilperson, Place 5 to fill the remainder of the unexpired three (3) year term, or until the successor has been duly qualified. Pursuant to Section 2.023 of the Texas Election Code, the candidates in a runoff election are the candidates who receive the highest and second highest number of votes in the main election, on June 29, 2021.

Early Voting Dates and Times -
Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at Hood County Annex 1, 1410 West Pearl Street, Granbury, Texas 76048, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. beginning on July 12, 2021, and ending on July 23, 2021. Early voting hours will be extended to 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, and on Thursday, July 22, 2021.
Ballot by Mail -
Applications for ballots by mail must be received no later than the close of business on Friday, July 16, 2021. Applications for ballot by mail shall be mailed to:

Election Day Polling Location -
