[ARCHIVED] Inbound Calls to City of Granbury Down Till Further Notice

COG Logo - transparent background 500x500

Due to a provider outage, the City of Granbury’s phone services for incoming calls are down until further notice. Outgoing phone calls are working, but incoming calls cannot be answered.

Citizens needing to contact the City before the system is back online may use any email addresses they have, and City Employees will do their best to forward to the correct office/person. Over-the-phone City services may not be available until this service is restored.

Please note that this outage does not include 9-1-1 calls, as these do not go through the City’s phone service. Please use 9-1-1 for emergencies.

You may also visit City Hall in person at 116 W. Bridge St.
