[ARCHIVED] City of Granbury Announces New Extended Hours of Operation (M-TR: 7:30-5:30, F: 8-5)

City of Granbury Announces New Extended Hours of Operation (M-TR: 7:30-5:30, F: 8-5)

Beginning Monday, January 27, City of Granbury offices will implement new hours of operation. Offices will now be providing service to our citizens 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.

“Our mission at the City is ‘Providing quality of life through exceptional services with a friendly and responsive staff.’ By extending our hours several days of the week, we aim to better provide services to more members of our community and help accomplish our goal,” said City Manager Chris Coffman.

Previously, normal operating hours were 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The extended hours initiative will allow offices to be open to the public an additional four hours each week, making City offices more accessible to the public.

To celebrate the new hours, there will be treats available to those who visit City Hall in the new hours the first week of implementation. Come by City Hall (116 W. Bridge St.) for donuts in the morning and cookies in the afternoon January 27 through January 30.
