[ARCHIVED] City Launches Monthly Email Notification Service for Utility Customers

Monthly Email Notification Service for Utility Customers example email

Over the last month, the City of Granbury Utility Administration Department implemented a new email notification feature. Once a month, residents will receive an email notifying them that their monthly utility bill amount is finalized and available for viewing online (see email example below).

Please note that this feature will not change bill settings a customer has previously set:

  • Customers will continue to get monthly detailed bills via their preferred method (by mail via USPS or by email via electronic PDF).
  • Customers' payment methods will not be changed (for example, if a customer has opted into Auto Bank Draft it will continue to draft).

Residential customers can opt in or out of these online services anytime:

If you have questions or concerns regarding your bill payments, contact the Utility Administration Department at (817)573-1114 during business hours (M-F, 8-5) or email utilitybilling@granbury.org.
