A new officer is about to hit the road with the Granbury Police Department. At a swearing-in ceremony on November 21, Adam Arrington was formally welcomed to the force.
Officer Arrington graduated from the 29-week course at the Tarrant County College Police Training Academy on November 20, and he can assume the responsibilities as a police officer for the City of Granbury. He will also complete an in-house academy with the Granbury Police Department, as well as 18 weeks of field training.
Officer Arrington, 45, has two daughters and one son. He is also a grandfather to two children. Officer Arrington loves outdoor activities such as hunting and backpacking. He is a member of Crossfit Granbury and loves to workout. Officer Arrington is excited by the opportunity to serve and looks forward to meeting the people of our local community.
