Road reconstruction work will begin Wednesday, October 2 on N. Travis St. and Thorp Spring Rd. between W. Rucker St. and Cogdell St. (see map). This reconstruction will take approximately three weeks, and the road will be closed to traffic during this time.
Reconstruction will include removing the existing asphalt and base materials and replacing with additional base and asphalt materials.
Adequate traffic control devices will be installed for the duration at this location. City staff asks for your patience during this construction period and assures that all work will be performed as quickly as possible. Construction schedule changes or updates will be posted on the City of Granbury social media accounts and www.granbury.org.
