[ARCHIVED] City Accepting Applications for Two Board Vacancies

The City is accepting applications for an open position on the Ethics Commission and an open position on the Public Television Channel Advisory Board.

The Ethics Commission is a pool of candidates, of which three members drawn at need from the pool of available candidates to resolve complaints brought before the commission. The commission will be dissolved upon determining the disposition of all complaints under its review.

The Public Television Channel Advisory Board brings forward needs, suggestions and recommendations from the community to aid in development and improvement of the public television. Board members actively participate in volunteer opportunities related to Granbury TV and the additional platforms connected to it.

All applications should be submitted to the City Secretary’s Office. Applications can be picked up in person at City Hall or downloaded online at granbury.org/boardscommissions. Please note that the Ethics Commission has a separate application from all other boards and commissions.

Applications may be submitted

  • in person at City Hall (116 W. Bridge St.),
  • via mail (P.O Box 969, Granbury, TX 76048), or
  • via email (cawalker@granbury.org).
