The City of Granbury is proud to be hosting elected officials, city managers, and department directors from cities across Texas for the Texas City Management Association (TCMA) City Management Clinic on February 21 and 22.
Mayor Nin Hulett greeted the group of over 100 attendees at Lake Granbury Conference Center on Thursday morning, welcoming them to Granbury and thanking them for their work in their respective communities.
The clinic is an annual educational opportunity with the focus of helping governmental officials in their roles. This clinic’s theme is “Cultivating Great Cities,” and the days are filled with great informational sessions on a variety of topics, such as
- agricultural innovation in communities,
- building strong leadership teams,
- professional financial management,
- hiring best practices,
- organizational culture, and
- upcoming legislative session issues.
