[ARCHIVED] Donations, Community Participation Needed for Fall Festival

Fall Festival - News Flash

The City of Granbury Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting a community Fall Festival this year on Saturday, October 13 at City Park. In hopes of making this new event a success, the Parks and Recreation Department is asking for donations and participation from the community.

Any person, group, organization, or business that would like to participate in the event can help by volunteering to run a booth or game station or making donations.

Volunteers would need to be available to run their game or booth from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Below is a tentative list of games and booths the Parks and Recreation Department would like to have at the event.

Any person or group that would like to donate items or volunteer time to run a booth or game station at the Fall Festival should contact Christy Allen at callen@granbury.org or 817-573-7030.

The success of this event depends on community involvement, and all donations and volunteers are greatly appreciated. Additional event details will be posted in the coming weeks.
