After nearly a decade under the name Granbury Resort Conference Center, the City’s conference center is officially moving forward under the name Lake Granbury Conference Center.
The fresh name is just the beginning of the Lake Granbury Conference Center transformation. A new logo, website, and marketing materials are all in the works. However, all the planned improvements needed to start with a name that better represents the facility.
“We wanted a name that would reflect this great facility and we’ve found it with Lake Granbury Conference Center,” Operations Manager at Lake Granbury Conference Center Kyle Smith said.
Lake Granbury Conference Center offers over 10,000 square feet of rentable space for conferences, conventions, weddings and many other events. The facility is conveniently located near the historic Granbury Square, as well as local hotels and bed and breakfasts, for client-friendly driving during overnight stays.
“Lake Granbury Conference Center is the premier lakeside destination event facility in Texas and the region,” Smith said, “It’s only fitting that our name matches our identity.”
Parties and events are what Lake Granbury Conference Center does best, so they will be celebrating the facility’s 10th anniversary with a free community event on October 6, 2018. Details about the event will be revealed in the coming months.
