Duties and Qualifications
Provides an avenue for citizens to provide input and make inquiries regarding public utilities. Advises City Council and City staff in matters regarding those utilities.
- Board consists of five (5) members.
- This board serves two (2) year terms.
- Ex Officio (non-voting) members: City Manager, Finance Director, and Public Works Director
