Sewer Main Work with Minimal Disruption

City staff and contractors are currently working in various neighborhoods to enhance sewer main effectiveness. Work will continue over the next few weeks, and residents and businesses should experience minimal to no disruption in service. Property owners with manholes on their property will receive personal notifications about the work.

City Council Election

The candidate filing window for the November 5, 2024 Granbury City Council election is closed. For Councilperson Place 3, incumbent Bruce Wadley filed for re-election.

Councilperson Place 5 incumbent Steven Vale is not running for re-election. Zeb Ullom filed for Councilperson Place 5. 

Because both candidates were unopposed, the City Council voted to cancel the election and declared Bruce Wadley and Zeb Ullom elected.
