"The Promise" is a must-see experience for the entire family. A cast and crew of 150, along with a menagerie of live animals, bring to life the story of Jesus through music, dance, and drama. New music, characters, and scenes have been added by a team of international artists and choreographers that will transform the audience back to 1st Century Jerusalem and the events that changed the world.

The 3200-seat Texas Amphitheatre with its soaring classical arches and canopy which can be spotted from miles away, sits along the ridge above Glen Rose and offers spectacular vistas. Designed for this epic production, the Amphitheatre is the largest facility of its kind in Texas, and the only one in the nation that boasts a 48,000-gallon moat which transforms into the Jordan River and the Sea of Galilee. Numerous special effects, professionally designed sets, and hundreds of authentic costumes enhance this unforgettable Texas destination.
