Harbor Lakes Drive

The third construction phase of Harbor Lakes Drive was completed this past weekend. The small section at Highway 377 North began March 7 and was completed on schedule. This project is funded by the City Council-approved annual Street Improvements Plan, which totals $1 million in road reconstruction.
