The Christmas Carol Experience begins very dark, at the funeral of Jacob Marley. It ultimately ends with the most heart-warming story of redemption and hope that is sure to melt even the most frozen hearts.

Road Construction

Concrete for Christmas

Three separate road reconstruction projects are scheduled; beginning in December, January and February.
On Monday, Dec. 6, concrete reconstruction will begin on Harbor Lakes Drive between U.S. Highway 377 and Second Street. This project will be done in phases to ensure that business and schools have continuous access. Detour routes will be posted near the construction areas. This project should be completed by mid-February.
In early January, asphalt reconstruction will begin on M&M Ranch Road between U.S. Highway 377 and Buttercup Court. It should be finished by the end of January.
Industrial Avenue between U.S. Highway 377 and Acton Circle will be reconstructed during the month of February.
All three projects are funded by the City Council-approved Street Improvements Plan, which funds approximately $1 million in road reconstruction annually. Please use caution in the construction areas, especially when workers are present.

Granbury Grinch?

The City is aware of a company fraudulently stating that they are partnered with Visit Granbury, the Lake Granbury Conference Center, and the Chamber of Commerce selling advertising in a map. We wanted to share this information so you know this is NOT a project or company the City is working with, and they are not affiliated with our entities.
