Some City of Granbury utility customers are currently receiving messages about overdue bills or balances due. They are inaccurate. Please ignore them. Due to a computer network outage, no accurate utility bills are being sent. You will be notified when accurate billing resumes. No service is being turned off. No late fees will be charged. Customers are encouraged to make a payment based on your current bill by cash or check. That will assist with household budgeting and avoid a large balance due when billing is resumed.
