Historic Properties Survey
About the Surveys
The City of Granbury has conducted historic property surveys in 2001 and 2009 for properties contained within and surrounding the Historic Overlay districts. The surveys provide information regarding architectural characteristics and history, as well as classify those properties that may need heightened protection. The surveys are used to assist the Historic Preservation Commission and property owners when making decisions related to improvements to historic properties. The 2001 Historic Survey focused primarily on properties south of Pearl Street while the 2009 Historic Survey focused on properties north of Pearl Street. Below are links to the complete surveys performed, as well as the individual inventory sheets for each property by address.
