Qualifications and Duties

Provides an avenue for citizens to provide input and make inquiries regarding public utilities. Advises City Council and City staff in matters regarding those utilities.  

  • Board consists of five (5) members.
  • At least two (2) members must be from the building industry.
  • All must reside in the city limits of Granbury, operate a business within the city, or be the representative and employee of a business on City of Granbury utilities.
  • This board serves two (2) year terms.
  • Ex Officio (non-voting) members: City Manager, Finance Director, and Public Works Director
